Daniel T. Doyle

Daniel T. Doyle works in and supervises the Third Party Liability division of the firm and is based in the Hollywood office. He has extensive experience in the civil defense arena. His primary areas of practice include personal injury, insurance, toxic tort, premises liability, product liability and nursing home defense.

Mr. Doyle earned his B.S. (1989) and J.D. (1992) from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Courte of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

He is a member of both the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Doyle began his legal career as an associate in an insurance defense firm in Ocala, Florida.  He subsequently went to Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, P.A. where he spent several years before going in-house with Progressive Insurance.  After that time he became a partner in his own firm before joining Rubinton & Laufer, P.A.
